Team Collaboration and Effectiveness Assessment

The primary purpose of this assessment is to understand how effectively the Department Heads collaborates as a leadership team. The assessment evaluates this team’s unique strengths and areas for improvement.

This assessment is based on the “Five Dysfunctions of a Team” by Patrick Lencioni, a global standard for team effectiveness and collaboration.
